The service I got from DIY Lettering was beyond compare. I shopped around for a good price for a few days. Even my local companies were going to do half the project I needed for twice the price and in twice the time. When I found the website, I was very skeptical because I couldn't understand how the price difference could be so extensive. The price absolutely could not be beat, the service was EXCEPTIONAL (I got multiple phone calls from the owner to verify that my order was correct after I had a couple questions). If I had to do another project like this or needed some lettering for my business, I would not hesitate to use DIY Lettering again.

Customer service was fantastic. Overall, the lettering looks great, although I wish I had used white rather than blue for the word "Expedia."

It would be a GREAT improvement if it were possible to adjust the Distance between individual letters and lines of text
Good looks, good quality and not too expensive. You did it in reverse like i asked for inside application.
I can take a better picture on a sunny afternoon so the letters on the top half of the window shows up better. They look great and we now have people come into our store because of them. I have already referred you to other businesses.
I ordered the letters to be 3.5", the right window is 3.5" but the left window is smaller, it is less than 3.5". Didn't notice until I got them up, disappointed in this. Also had problem with bubbling and would like to know of any tips to avoid this or get them out.
I especially liked the website, the ease of creation and the options to manipulate text. I went through a couple of other similar companies online and found this one to be the best for what we needed. The finished product came in quick and was perfect.

Roy & Brad of Do It Yourself Lettering did an A+ job. They are hands on owners actively involved in their family business of Vinyl lettering. They understood my fonts, sizes, colors, and IMPACT marketplace I wanted to display at my business location. Roy provided me sample display sizes, sample fonts and ideas via E-mail and we had it all worked out within a short time frame. The installation process of the lettering on my 2 story location was very easy to do. I shopped for pricing and NO ONE could match their pricing and quality material used for my job. It made a big difference dealing directly with owners Brad & Roy. Not some hourly employee who did not return calls or expressed enthusiasm. Overall the decal came out very good. One hiccup was that the logo lettering was slanted as compared to the logo file I sent in. The decal is not installed crooked. If you zoom in on the photo you will see the defroster line on the window. Compare the space from the top of the logo on the left, and the top of the lettering on the right and you will see they are very consistent. Yet the block of lettering in the logo slants upward towards the right side. But it wasn't worth making a fuss over.

Everything about DIY lettering was phenomenal, shipping was fast, shipping package was totally destroyed when picked up at the post office, but the lettering was not damaged.
This was a replacement lettering for a pic you already have ... changed the wording on one window ... love the service! thank you!

Logo installed easily (photo of logo installed on lower cowling is submitted herewith). Still awaiting FAA authorization to install new N numbers; will email photo when available.
Overall, I'm very happy with the product I got and the price that I paid. We had a couple of letters that didn't peel away from the backing as we pulled it off, so those spots ended up a little wrinkled, but you really can't tell unless you're right up looking at it. From a distance it looks flawless and very professional.
Easy to apply and looks great, but does have bubbles in some letters. I thought they might disappear after a few days in the sun, but they are still there.

ABSOLUTELY the nicest experience and an Outstanding result. Better than I could have hoped for! Looking for more excuses to order again to decorate front windows. The website ordering was top notch. I compared many online stores and their prices were out of reach and they had only a fonts and not flexible widths. Loved that your site saved my choices and let me compare fonts side by side with my letters. Could not be any better.
