I built my own signs with frosted Plexiglas from the hardware store, cut to fit regular 4' fluorescent light fixtures, then applied the lettering directly to the plexi. The vinyl quality is fantastic, the transfer paper was sticky but released after I applied. I didn't even need soapy water. I had a very small (less than 1/2") intricate script lettering and it never waivered during transfer. ”
