Very good product, quick shipping, no surprises.

The web site "design" option was great. The numerous options allows you to make exactly what you may have in mind. I have received several compliments on my numbers. If you are looking for unique "one of a kind" lettering, this is the place to bring your imagination to reality. I will be ordering the "name" for my boat, whenever I decide on a name.

I received the graphics promptly and they were packaged well. I installed them on my boat and noticed that the decal was not acting normally. I notified "do it yourself lettering" and explained the problem I was having and they made a few suggestions on how I could install it differently with better results. They sent me a complete new order at no cost to me and that set installed perfectly. I was really impressed with the patience and understanding that the staff had shown and a "special thank you" to Roy. Job well done, and I will be ordering all my future decals thru Do it Yourself.

The name is a bit odd, but my late fishing buddy always used to say when we would get into some good fishing, "Will somebody pinch me, because I think I have died and gone to heaven." So that became my boat name with his initials as he will always be fishing with me.

Excellent Service and price .... Boat US was ~ $80 (douple check my job on their site if you are going to publish this any further to be sure I quoted it correctly with them) and you were $18 for standard and $24 for the better 3M vinyl (which I bought), and you had the color shadow I needed (gold) to match the boat color scheme. Finally when I slightly messed us the first application you send me another no questions ... and even no shipping charge. I'm sold you your product and company and I have already recommended you to 2 of my dock neighbors.

Getting it on and level was easy. We did get numerous air bubbles (small) which was disappointing but were able to deal with them. Color and style exactly as digital representation. A very good product.

I love the way the decals turned out. Strange name but special meaning to me. "Pinch Me" is what my late fishing partner used to say when we would get into some good fishing. "Pinch Me, I think I have died and gone to heaven." Well, he is in heaven now and I have included his initials so he will forever be my fishing partner on every trip.

Looked at numerous websites and found the selection very limited, hard to navigate and overpriced. Came across DIYL and could not believe the selection, how easy it was to create and preview and the price. I look forward to projects in the future now that I have this resource. Thanks!

The lettering looked great, but the product was damaged during shipping. The box had been crushed, thereby the letters inside had been badly wrinkled. Perhaps the letters could have been shipped flat instead of rolled?? No matter, DIY shipped another set no questions asked. Only inconvenience was extra time, but very satisfied with prompt reaction to the issue. I would use them again.

I happened across this site after weeks of frustration dealing with a local business as well as looking at other web sites. This was great, I could see my boats name in all different fonts at the same time, saving ones I liked and then comparing them to each other. I've already recommend DIY to other friends. I will be using DIY again when I'm ready to letter my truck!

I now have a custom painted number look without the paint. The options to personalize your numbers are limitless with this company. The application of my numbers was very easy though I would think larger projects would be better if you had a friend to help.

The lettering was better than expected. Everyone loved the was it looked.

The only less than positive comment was the backing tried to stick to the lettering and tore the material. I was able to piece it back in the proper place and it came out good.

You have the best selection of typefaces anywhere. I was happy to find a condensed style, since my boat has a small transom and I am using letter heights that conform to US Coast Guard requirements for documented boats.

I was very impressed with the customer service and I make online purchases ALOT. We had a problem installing one of our boat registration numbers. When I called to take advantage of the guarantee, I was expecting to have to justify a free replacement. Instead, I was simply told "No problem. We'll ship it right right out." I called on Monday and received it on Friday. I will definitely use this business again!
