The service and value of your product is excellent. I made an error during the installation of my boat lettering and needed to replace some of the letters. When I shared this with Brad he replaced the letters and shipped them immediatley. I wish more people would run their Business with the service and attention to cutomer satifaction that you have provided. Thanks
No instructions included on how to apply the lettering to my boat. That is why I gave lower score.
The shipping was super fast and ensured that our lettering was protected from damage or creases. I wanted to order additional lettering for my boat in the same font, but I couldn't remember what font I had selected. I called and Brad immediately looked it up for me so I could order more. He couldn't have been more helpful, personable, or quick. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for lettering. Kudos and thank you!!

I ordered my lettering on Monday morning. It was in my mailbox Tuesday afternoon!! I enjoyed trying all the different fonts and effects until I narrowed my choice to one design. Order and design process was great. Superb customer service and communication. Fast shipping. The vinyl transfer went on my boat's transom exactly as promised and looks great now. I am sorry the picture did not save in my phone. I would recommend DIY Lettering to anyone.
Brad I know this message was sent some time ago but I did want to fulfill your request. We have had our boat on dry dock to do some maintenance and just got it back into the water. Attached you will find some photos of the lettering applied to the boat. My nephew of 10 years old put them on the boat. I will email the picures. wouldn't upload Ray Boyd
I looked at several sites before choosing DIY Lettering. I was so impressed with the all the options availble for customizing the letters just the way that wanted them. When the letters arrived, they were exactly what I wanted and went on perfectly. I tore one of the letters when I was installing them, and I called Brad and he had another one out to me 2 days later AT NO CHARGE!! That's excellent customer service. Thanks Brad!!
I own and operate a restaurant and simply cannot find a sign painter who will follow directions. I plan on ordering ALL my window signs from DIY. If it's as easy as lettering my boat, this will be both a better sign and MUCH less expensive. I'm a very happy camper!
The product was excellent and was as expected. I did have a minor issue with the product in that the number "2" did not want to stick well and tore slightly when applied. I would have chocked it up to my fault from the weeding process until the second "2" did the same thing in the same place. I am still very pleased with the product and will re-order the "2"'s

The web site was so easy to use. There was such a variety of font styles and colors that perfectly matched my needs. No other site provided this extensive variety and ease of use.
I wanted a different look and with the design feaures you offer I was able to get just what I wanted.
I absolutely love the look of these letters! I was very impressed by the customer service as well. When I received the original order, UPS delivered the box and it was beat up and smashed. The letters were wrinkled and they looked terrible after I applied them. I called DIY and got through instantly. Brad, the owner, handled it himself and told me he would send out a replacement immediately. I placed my call Friday evening, the replacement letters were sent out USPS priority mail on Saturday and I received them the following Monday!!!! AMAZING! The letter, as clearly evident, are BEAUTIFUL!!!
The number of fonts you have available is teriffic. Your Company was the only one who had a match to my boats original logo.

The U-88 numbers that I ordered seem to be fading. Possibly due to the sun. I have not had this problem with previous boat lettering. Otherwise everything is very good and as I have ordered. Will continue to use your Company and have recommended it to other boat racers.
I just wish we would have ordered larger letters for the sides of the boats. The letters do look great!
