Your product was easy to order, was shipped promptly, the "How to" was well presaented, and the application was a (if directions are followed) easy to do. I have been asked several times who did the job,. I have passed on yoour web address to those people.
The work was excellent the quality was there and the time from ordering to receiving was short. I received the order in 3 days.
Very happy with the results! Second time I have used DIYL, and I intend to continue doing so for future lettering needs.
I don't know how to send photos, mostly because I don't have a digital camera.
Shipping was very fast and it arrived in great shap. I was concerned about how it would apply to the vinyl that was already on the boat. Turns out it was not a problem and was a snap to apply and looks just as sharp as the original graphics. Great job! Thanks!

I wanted the letters 7" tall and they came in 5" tall.. Custom Lettering # 135141 TOTAL Height:7", Width:45.41" Since this is the name on a boat, it still needs to be 7" tall minimum 6". 5" is too small.
In midstream we changed our minds on a particular font and they changed it no questions asked and with just 1 email! I was expecting some kind of fee but they just said no problem and built us the new font, that is just awesome service. We will come back for all our sign needs.
It was very easy to put on. I did what your instruction said to do. I think it looks real good just the I way I imaged it would.

The installation instructions where clear and the method worked relatively well, with few wrinkles. It looks great. If I had to do it again, I would cut the letters apart from each other, after taping down the bottom edge along its entire length. My boat's hull isn't flat enough to easily fold the lettering down to remove the protective "paper" and then fold it back up to stick to the hull without introducing some wrinkles.
Wow, I ordered on Tues. and applied it on Fri. awesome service. The lettering is exactly as I wanted it. The price is the best on the web. Couldn't be more pleased.
