Thanks for the great work, speed & awesome customer service!!

The first word was a learning curve - I pulled the backing off too fast and a gust of wind caught the adhesive section and I have a little wrinkle on one of the letters. You have to be right up next to it to see it...or as they say "you can't see a flea on a galloping horse". The rest of the lettering was perfect. I would say - pay the little extra to get the squeegee card, it has a soft edge and very easy to use. Now that I'm a "pro"; its time to order the lettering for the van.

The quality of the product is terrific. I simply followed the instructions, took my time, and got the result I wanted.

Loved the instructions that came with this. There were a couple tricks that I wouldn't have used otherwise. Lettering for my dad's store front window ended up just as he'd imagined it. Thanks!

My photo doesn't do this justice because of the window lighting. So beautiful and we love it! The quality is excellent. Super easy to place. I recommend cutting between words after the masking tape hinge on top is ready. I highly recommend this product.

Applied easily, no problems with bubbling. Didn't have issues with the thin lettering cutouts and was able to layer the vinyl nicely. Overall, it turned out as expected.

I ordered straight but there is a slight curve to my rear window. I had to separate each letter but ur installation instructions were superb. THANK U

There were a couple of creases in our larger sign due to it being rolled for shipment, but it’s not really noticeable unless you’re staring closely.

I have been a repeat customer now for the third time. My first purchase was almost 8 years ago for my kitchen wall, (it’s still there). Then, we came back for my husband’s photography business a couple of years ago and now, my most recent purchase was for my own store! Love the products, creator tool and the shipping prices made it all very affordable. The hardest part was choosing the font and color scheme. So many choices available compared to others, and for the larger size, every bit of half the price!

I had a great experience with DIY Lettering! It was so easy to send them my custom design and have it made into a cool vinyl decal. The product came in the mail within 2-3 business days and was packaged nicely. This first time I tried installing I messed up the vinyl because of high winds that day and because I didn't have an extra person to help me. I called DIY Lettering and they sent a replacement straight away free of charge, I was so grateful as I am a small business and don't have a ton of extra money to spend. The replacement came so fast in the mail and I was able to successfully install the vinyls the second time around with the help of another person to install the decal. Once I had a game plan and some extra hands, the vinyl was easy to install and came with easy instructions. For larger vinyls always have someone help you especially if you are outside in the elements. Overall I was very happy with the quality and result of the product I purchased and will definitely be going through DIY Lettering for all my future vinyl decal/lettering needs :)
