The lettering looks great! It seems to be great quality and really looks good. It was easy to install ourselves. Customer service and timeliness of response and shipping was excellent.
I had the idea for this window but after several failed attempts at lettering, my husband suggested vinyl graphics. I was able to make the quote I wanted, in the font and color I wanted, at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Was unsure how to order the exact size lettering sent customer service a picture of what I wanted done and within 30 minutes had my letters ordered customer service was great!
I viewed a number of websites that offer vinyl lettering and went through the process of designing and ordering on a few of them, but the cost, options and ease of creating what I wanted made me choose Do It Yourself Lettering. It was by far the easiest and most flexible of all the sites and the most cost effective. And, I received the lettering within only a few days of ordering.
The service and communication couldn't not have been more friendly, helpful, timely or appreciated. This project was perfectly executed. I had no problems applying the letters. I would 100% recommend this company.
It was simple to go onto the website and custom create and preview your vinyl lettering &/or numbers. The vinyl is made of good material. Print finish was good. Clear instructions in the box to make it easier to do what you need to do in several different methods. I knocked this project out in 20 mins. (Gathering tools, washing large window, Taping, previewing on window of building for centering, and placement of vinyl). I recommend this company due to their Installation Guarantee. If your vinyls got messed up during installation, simply give a call, and this company will print the numbers or letters that you messed up on at no additional charge and promptly ship them to you.
It was fun to design the lettering, so many choices, so easy to visualize in advance, with the colors and the dimensions provided.

The lettering looked great for about a week, until it got snowed on. When the snow melted most of the letters had fallen off. I was very careful with cleaning the window prior to application, as I am with all my window stickers on my race cars. Perhaps the lettering was too fine or "frilly," or maybe I ordered the wrong type, I don't know. Perhaps next time I should install them on the inside of the glass. I have noticed, however, that the letters that are still on the window have adhered very well.
The instructions for installation were extremely helpful and easy to follow. Made it very easy.

Do It YourselfLettering did a wonderful job on the product, but what really shined was the service (both before and after the sale). I contacted them through their website about my project which included a custom font and several different sizes/layouts. They quickly returned an answer and was set up in less than a week. After the order was complete, I found an error that I had made and that fixed it with a virtual smile. I was so impressed, I've been trying to find a reason to use them again.
I like it a lot. I think it's pretty and professional looking.

DIY website was very user-friendly. We received our order quickly but once we try to install it there was an issue with A few of the letters being stuck to the backing when we tried to remove it. I called DIY and they instantly offered to send out a replacement no charge, no questions asked. That's awesome service:) The replacement arrived and we put it right up with no problems! Looks perfect. Thanks DIY.
Overall I was pleased with the product and the final result. I some wrinkles and air bubbles after application which are a little detracting when seen up close. However, I put this on my own inexperience as it was the first time I had used this type of sign. The lettering has now been up for close to 2 months through a brutal central Oregon winter and still looks as good as new. Overall, I'm happy with this product.
Your website was easy to use. I also liked that we could have submitted costume artwork as an option. I also appreciate the price of the product. We got a great product for a great price!
