Ordering vinyl graphics from DIYlettering was a fairly easy process. It was also a quick turn around time.

I'm probably going to order one more "fly" because the one on the left has 2 spots in it. When I got to the bottom of survey you asked if you can use it. I'd prefer that I get a new one and retake the picture.

Excellent quality product. Outstanding customer service. Ordered with two day shipping on Labor Day weekend and thought that may cause a delay. It did not.
Installing it myself was surprisingly fun. I just took it slow, measure two or three times, and kept my level handy. Peeling away the backing to reveal the letters on the glass was actually really satisfying. Can't wait to do the window in the back!
Everything from ordering to packaging and delivery were excellent. I received my order much sooner than I expected. I am very pleased with the end results! Installation was simple and it looks very professional. Great job!!
A bit difficult to place. Should have cut it into pieces. A few wrinkles and stretch Mark's. Ugh!

In the picture is a WWII veteran of the D-day invasion and family members of a D-Day veteran that was killed and received the Medal of Honor for his actions on the day. The banner that was ordered was perfect and looks great on the window of the display
I enjoyed applying the lettering and the final results. However, someone who had never done this would need a bit more instruction. Luckily I had done this before
Easy to use and perfect for our current project. Will be back when we have future projects.

The first word was a learning curve - I pulled the backing off too fast and a gust of wind caught the adhesive section and I have a little wrinkle on one of the letters. You have to be right up next to it to see it...or as they say "you can't see a flea on a galloping horse". The rest of the lettering was perfect. I would say - pay the little extra to get the squeegee card, it has a soft edge and very easy to use. Now that I'm a "pro"; its time to order the lettering for the van.
The quality of the product is terrific. I simply followed the instructions, took my time, and got the result I wanted.
Loved the instructions that came with this. There were a couple tricks that I wouldn't have used otherwise. Lettering for my dad's store front window ended up just as he'd imagined it. Thanks!
