I knew I wanted both vertical and horizontal elements, and the design tool made it easy to complete my layout. I utilized the online chat function and the representative was able to walk me through the steps from layout to finalizing my order. Installation was a breeze as my design allowed my lettering to be printed on one large sheet. With a step stool (I’m only 5’2”!) and a squeegee, it took me no time at all to install! On a separate note, and quite unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, getting the rest of the space together and opening has been placed on hold indefinitely. That said, it’s important that I leave this review to support another (not so) small business during what is turning out to be quite a trying time for us all. Blessings to all!

My window sticker is exactly as I wanted it. Very quick turn-around and great pricing. I most certainly use DIY lettering again.
The stickers were cost effective and easy to put up. I didn't quite have the hang of it on my first one, but they replaced that one free of charge, and I was able to correct my mistake.
The product is pretty easy to install on windows and sign board. The directions were fairly simple and easy to follow. The smaller letters I put up free hand and just stuck them to the window.
The options available for great, we love the product, and it shipped quickly.
The customer service was great. I had an idea for my decal and Jared made it come to life! I absolutely love my new window decal!
I Loved the variety of fonts available. It allowed me to make my project unique. I'm excited to order more things to put on my classroom walls!
Ordering vinyl graphics from DIYlettering was a fairly easy process. It was also a quick turn around time.

I've used DIY decals for quite some time and have always been completely satisfied with the products and prices. The shipping is also fast.
I'm probably going to order one more "fly" because the one on the left has 2 spots in it. When I got to the bottom of survey you asked if you can use it. I'd prefer that I get a new one and retake the picture.

Excellent quality product. Outstanding customer service. Ordered with two day shipping on Labor Day weekend and thought that may cause a delay. It did not.
Installing it myself was surprisingly fun. I just took it slow, measure two or three times, and kept my level handy. Peeling away the backing to reveal the letters on the glass was actually really satisfying. Can't wait to do the window in the back!
Everything from ordering to packaging and delivery were excellent. I received my order much sooner than I expected. I am very pleased with the end results! Installation was simple and it looks very professional. Great job!!
A bit difficult to place. Should have cut it into pieces. A few wrinkles and stretch Mark's. Ugh!
Couldn't be happier! DIY Lettering is so incredibly easy and professional to work with. Our projects went smoothly from start to finish! I have been using them for years and wouldn't even consider going somewhere else.
In the picture is a WWII veteran of the D-day invasion and family members of a D-Day veteran that was killed and received the Medal of Honor for his actions on the day. The banner that was ordered was perfect and looks great on the window of the display
I enjoyed applying the lettering and the final results. However, someone who had never done this would need a bit more instruction. Luckily I had done this before
Easy to use and perfect for our current project. Will be back when we have future projects.
