Great quality and customer support. Easy to install, however be careful working on hot glass. The vinyl sticks fast and is far less forgiving than applying on walls.

The designer I worked with was very helpful even as I made minor tweaks and changes throughout the creative process. The product was easy to use and it brought just the right touch to our wedding. Our guests loved it!

Was pleasantly surprised at how well the vinyl attached to my medium. Used join painting boxes and painted over them with latex paint. Letter attached very securely.

Thanks for the great customer service! I needed this to arrive in time for our open house event, and the speedy delivery was a plus. Since this was such a large display, it took some time to apply just to make sure everything was level. Turned out wonderful!

Your lettering was recommended by the gallery, and you are the only company they would allow to have on their walls. I was amazed at how professional it looked and out quickly and perfectly it could be removed from a white wall without leaving any hint of a mark.

I used your lettering for my gallery wall space. We have to put our names on our spaces and I’m a bit odd so being able to choose a goofy font was a plus. I couldn’t really have it arranged how I wanted to, but they were super easy to use and make my wall space look amazing (the gallery owner said so herself!)

Letters don't adhere to wall like other companies I have used in the past. I have to keep pressing them to the wall as they peel off.

So far I have ordered 10 separate decals on two different occasions. The first go around I tore 2 out of the 6 decals during install. DIY LETTERING stands behind their guarantee, and product. They responded to my email within a day, talked to a person over phone and in less than two minutes my decals were being made and shipped for free. This company is awesome and is why I continue to purchase and recommend. If you don't install within a month after receiving product, hit it with a little heat i.e. hair dryer heat gun just prior to install. That's basically what happened with the two I messed up. Again awesome company you can't go wrong

I like how I can go back into my last order to start a new order so all of my letterings are exactly the same size and shape.

The letters came as advertised and were incredibly easy to apply. The customization options, in particular fonts, and the price made this whole service perfect for our needs!

Your web site was fairly easy to navigate, but I was a little confused on the height and width of the actual word without the backing. It turned out perfect, though. Very easy to apply. Ordering was easy and the shipping was fast. Thanks for the great product.
