Yes. We have issues using the vinyl wall lettering. I called the day after we tried to install it about possibly getting a refund. The letters on the large order were not coming off the trace paper. We were only able to use the title, which was not smooth. See the images below. I en. ed up having got place a mirror in the location where the lettering was supposed to be for the art show opening. Please advise. -s

Excellent product. Unfortunately, we apparently chose the wrong method to apply. We should have probably used the wet method with our 8 foot banner. We got it up eventually (and it looks great), but it was a two hour struggle!!

My experience was very good. The site was easy to use. It has a lot to choose from, everyone should be able to find their choice. Quick turn a round time. I have never dealt with a business that ALWAYS puts their customer service as priority one! Many businesses say it, but never go to the extent of DIY Lettering. Everyone is courteous, patient, and always willing to do what it takes to make my projects succeed. They are a great business example of what it takes to be successful.

I don’t usually give reviews. For your product though I had to! Your product was so easy to use I considered that I was doing something wrong. But I didn’t. It was just that easy!

Even though the instructions say to put lettering on a flat surface.... I didn't have a flat surface! So I put the lettering on the concrete block wall. I had to rub it in a bit, but I am quite happy with the result!
