I have used DIY lettering for years . . . mostly for decorative purposes on my interior walls. Customer service is excellent. Turn around time is excellent. I love that they will send a replacement if you bungle the application (which happened on my very first attempt). Application is easy (especially once you get the hang of it). This time, I had a more practical application. My relative is 92 has significant cognitive impairment (which will only worsen over time). She feels "lost" and cannot find things (because she cannot remember where they are kept). So, I labeled each drawer of her chest with the contents . . . underwear and nighties, slacks, bed linens, sanitary items. This makes life easier for her and for her caregivers, who rotate.
I tried other online companies to get this lettering but they make it so complicated! I found Lettering-com and the whole process was easy. They answered my questions within the hour. Shipping was super fast. I will recommend them for sure. Totally satisfied customer here! Thank you.
Everything went great from design to ordering to installation. Well order again when I add a second truck.

Vinyl was cut perfectly and installed just as described in directions. Take your time with layout and have patience before removing film.

The lettering was of excellent quality, and easy to put on. I appreciated the grid on the transfer tape to help line up the lettering on on my application, which was the side of a vehicle.
When I decided to put our business name, on our new trailer, I really didn't want to go crazy with special graphics that would invite theft of our equipment. So, I decided to use the same font as we use on our business cards & it turned out perfect! The tips that came along with it for the installation made it super easy!
It was my first time ordering any kind of vinyl numbers and I was pleased with the quality and outcome... I'll definitely be getting more for the rear of the car.
After waiting 2 months for an estimate to have my work truck lettered up by a local sign company (with just the basic block lettering), I didn’t want to wait any longer so I went online and found these guys and made my own. I’m no computer guy but even I found this easy to do. Applying them was even easier. I’ll never know how much $$ I saved as I still haven’t heard back from the sign co! FedX delayed the delivery for a few days but that’s a FedX issue. I will use Lettering-com again for my other truck.

I particularly like the fact that these are actually vinyl decals verses ones that are simply an ink substance printed on vinyl tape. The printed on type will not last and are a waste of time and money. Whereas real vinyl decals are much more durable. I also appreciate the ease of installation along with the speed of getting the item made and shipped to me.

We have purchased 5 sets of lettering for the DOT numbers on our trucks. The first 4 sets were applied in September, 2020 and have held up perfectly so there was no question that we would return to DIY Lettering when we added another truck to our fleet. The quality, durability and ease of application is greatly appreciated. The customer service provided was also top notch.

Worked exactly as advertised, even on the rough surface of my wall. I had to be extra careful to lay it down well, and the handy tool I bought from you worked perfectly for that.
It was easy to install with the suggested directions and I used the plastic smoother thing, which worked well.
I had this exact same phrase and type style on my last truck, but much smaller because of the slider window. Now with my new truck I was able to have the same one except much wider, so it filled up the window. I love it!
Easy to design and order. USPS did no favors in delivery but owners resent them overnight mail when I called them about it. Great customer service.

I was a serious novice when doing this lettering. I didn't take into account the opposite side of the truck and the port door. So my lettering didn't fit the same as the beautiful drivers side, which came out perfect. Live and Learn!!!
