This was my second order. The first order was lettering for the vehicle's doors. They looked so good and were so easy to install that I ordered another for the tailgate (same font as the doors but in bold). Installation was so easy; I was assisted by my granddaughter. Came out perfectly!
I wish I could rate customer service higher than 10. I ordered 3 of the above mentioned decals last week, and received them very quickly. When applying them, my wife and I messed up 2 of the 3. No one's fault but our own. When I reached out to get a price quote for replacements, I was told they would ship replacements at no charge to me. I wasn't sure if they would get here in time, as I have an event to attend tomorrow, so I paid for expedited shipping so I would have them in time. Ordered on Monday, delivered on Wednesday, and were successfully installed today, along with the other related decals. You all went above and beyond to make this happen, and I am forever grateful, and will tell everyone I know that needs custom lettering, etc... to give their business to you all.

Initially I was extremely satisfied until I realized that one of the decals sent was missing a letter as shown in pictures,I triple checked the leftover trash from install to make sure I hadn't made a mistake, however this is clearly a printing mistake,it kinda sucks considering it's impossible to match the font used locally and will have to try and skate by until I can have it replaced,to be fair I didn't reach out to company for a solution. Other than that somewhat minor discrepancy everything else was 5 star,easy install,fast shipping,easy ordering,and almost perfect results.
I loved how easy and fun it was to design my decals. Application went smoothly & they are holding up well.
Great product. Easy to install. Had both sides done in about 10 minutes.
I advise reading the instructions on how to apply it because i did not and got bubbles and struggled to get the decal off of the film. I think in my case it was user error. Im used to sticking them on, rubbing them in and then removing the film but i have to individually pick each letter’s edge off carefully. Per the photo it came out okay sans the air bubbles though

The customer service experience was top notch. My designer was quick in response, courteous, and professional. I stake great value in a company that listens to their customers needs and my designer went as far to take liberties in suggesting edits in my request which truly brought my ideas to the next level of execution and presentation. This was invaluable to me and really highlights that he cares about his job and serving his clients. Brazo Zulu. Another tip of the hat was that there was an issue with my order whereby the manufacturing of a QR code was incorrect and the end product resulted in an unusable product. I reached out to the customer service line, they investigated the issue, informed me that they made a mistake, remanufactured the decal, and shipped it out, all within the same week. Outstanding customer support as well. I will order decals from them in the future for my decal needs.

The letters are great. Easy to apply. Im very satisfied with the letters. Although, I don't like the location my DOT number so I'll be ordering another set to relocate. Totally hmy fault.
I was 100% peased with the customized lettering and vinyl stickers I ordered. From start to finish the whole process with lettering-com was excellent and I’ll keep ordering as needed. I’m a repeat customer my first order a year ago looks just like it did when I first placed the vinyl on my truck. I'm restoring a 1969 Mercury Cobra Jet and required custom decals because of the rare engine in the vehicle. I contacted Lettering-com for help and they were on it! I provided an image of what I needed and within 3 days I had my product. High quality in visual and installation. Great Job!!
The lettering-com platform is user friendly offers lots of options. The product is thick feels well made and without a doubt I feel this product will last longer than the guaranteed 7 years. The dimensions are spot on. I ordered this to fit perfectly to the dimensions of my truck. As you can see it's perfect. Shipping was fast. Everything went flawless can't ask for anything better. Company I used to use for making and installing logos on my company vehicles closed due to covid. So I decided to try it myself. The logos came packaged very nicely in a tube. I chose a thicker vinyl and it was great. The transfer material was very easy to work with and I just followed the instructions that came with it. It turned out great! I’ll be doing them myself from now on.
Great product and easy to use website designing what I needed and was exactly what I was looking for. Product shipped fast and got to me just in time, as I didn't have much. I was doing this last minute as a little bonus suprise.
The lettering arrived on-time, safely, and exactly as shown on the website. The application of the lettering could not have been easier and was clearly described in the literature you provided. The members of our church had no idea how good the finished project would look as the lettering was the last item to be installed.
