Entering in my credit card info changes the shipping address and I didn’t catch it until I got the shipping notification. I called a spoke to someone that went back and was able to change the shipping before it left. Absolutely what an ideal customer experience should be. We all make mistakes but it was handled so quickly and with a wonderful attitude, I had to say something. I didn’t catch a name but if you can figure it out I’d love for her to hear about how much I appreciate her! And lettering.com!

I've been using Brad Handy for over nine years, and I can't recommend him enough! He makes the process incredibly simple. All I had to do was send him a picture of my business card and provide the dimensions of the door I wanted lettered, and he executed it perfectly. The shipping is lightning fast, which has been a lifesaver, especially during unexpected moves—I’ve never had to open a location without a logo. Many other business owners have asked me who does my window lettering, and I always point them to Brad. I'm consistently surprised by the low cost of his vinyls. While installation can be a bit frustrating (as with all vinyl installation) the instructions and the grid guide on the backing make it much more precise than other options I've encountered. As a nail artist, my attention to detail is exceptionally high, and I have no complaints about Brad's work. He truly delivers top-notch results!
The whole process, designing, ease of website, the price, all of it was fantastic. Will definitely use again.

Received lettering that should cost 10$ in total and could be used on a toy truck it's so small absolutely rip off pathetic
My discarded TV screen made the perfect outdoor sign - nice black background with white letters. The wind won't be able to knock it over.

Quality decals! Installation was smooth and had no issues with decal mounting and installation. Would definitely recommend decals from Lettering.com for anyone wanting high quality decals for advertising, compliance, or customization!
I applied these graphics over a cut layer of clear coat then applied another thick layer of clear coat over the vinyl and wet sanded until the graphics were buried and no vinyl edges were evident. Then a final 'flow coat' of clear was applied over every thing to complete the process.
I really liked the ability to custom size the lettering to my application while not being restricted to the font dimensions.
Awesome company. I messed up the install with my first attempt of putting the lettering on and wanted to try again, what do you know, they sent me another set of lettering just like they said the would. Highly recommend!!
I couldn’t believe how easy it was to put these up and have them look “professional”.. Just used some of the blue painters tape to hold it in place, removed the backing, rubbed it down with lettering.com’s special squeegee and then removed the front. Coul;d not be more pleased with the result!! :-))
Product was delivered quickly and easy to apply. Lettering appears to be of good quality.
I couldn't fit the original letters that I ordered, and this guys replaced them for free. You don't see this kind of customer service anymore. Thanks guys.
Looks great. Pics don't show well, bet has a grey border around it as well.
I'm a fleet diesel mechanic so being creative, artsy and designing things like this isn't me at all. When I was looking on the internet for ideas to make some nick name decals for a couple of our rigs, I came across this site Lettering com. I can't explain how easy and great this site is to use right up to the finish products that came very fast. I can't say enough how user friendly and how easy the whole process was start to finish. Also, we were very indecisive, and they make it very easy to compare fonts and styles until you narrow it down to what you want right down to the type and quality of vinyl. A++ all the way around
