The creation of the lettering was intuitive and gave a good feel for what the finished product would look like. The only thing that had me worried was whether I was getting a "grid pattern along with the letters." I figured it was for applying in a straight line - but wasn't completely sure if the grid "came with the letters." But you were able to respond and alleviate any concern about that.
Thanks so much for the lettering, I really enjoyed placing it on my bicycle, and it looks really great!
I wanted to have my son's name on his number plate and wanted it to match some numbers I already had. DIY Lettering did a perfect job.

I don't think we could have gotten a more professional-looking result. The boss is so happy, she's talking about making more. (Now, if I can just find some more barrels we can cut up....) Service was personal and prompt. Product is outstanding. Application was a breeze. I'm a happy customer.
The stickers looked great & applied perfectly! DIY helped me build my graphics within their parameters, and the project came out great.
I could not believe how easy it was to create the wording I wanted, and I was REALLY surprised how quickly it came. It was a "bit" more expensive than I really wanted to pay but I purchased it anyway. The speed of delivery and accuracy couldn't be beat.
Turned out great, very happy with outcome. have seen signs like this for upwards to $45. I made it myself for way less!!!!

Great interface on the web site. One suggestion would be to make the USCG lettering requirements more prominent. Customer service? I can only assume it was as good as the web site. I didn't need it. Everything was self-explanatory.

I was having difficulty finding high-quality vinyl lettering that was completely customizable for an affordable price. The flexibility of design you offer allowed me to create highly visible and very neat/clean looking lettering for our shop. The boards are a show piece for both our internal and external customers.

Letters are reflective. Pics show with and without flash. Shipping was pretty fast. Took about a week to get them. Quality seems to be excellent. We'll have to see how they handle the rigors of fire fighting. At times it's a pretty extreme environment.
