“Our boat was damaged during hurricane Florence in eastern NC. This lead to repainting the hull and removal of our previous boat name lettering. This is our second time using DoItYourselfLettering.com. I can’t express enough how 100% satisfied I have been both times! The website offered an easy environment to create a design we loved. The hardest part was our personal choice between so many great available options. (We may need to buy a second boat to letter!!) Once the order was completed, the company was active in responding, via email, on the progress of shipping. Our order was shipped promptly, arrived safe, and was well packaged. During this process, I was even contacted because I accidentally ordered only one state ID number instead of two. Instead of just shipping the order out as I had created, email conversations happened and changes were made to ensure we got what was necessary to complete our project.
