“I had applied vinyl lettering before; so therefore I didn't read/heed the instructions and ended up destroying one set of letters. Your customer service policy of unquestioned free replacement was a godsend. I followed the instructions "to the letter" and ended up with a beautiful result! See photo!”

“Was looking for numbers for my new mailbox. Totally at a loss for what to do, I finally came across this great website that offered exactly what I needed and at a great price, too. I've seen this type of lettering application for glass but had not thought of it for this purpose.”

“What a great product! Very easy to apply. The hardest thing (also the funnest) was picking a font from the many choices. The reflective material shows up well at night and the drop shadow was a nice option. Now I find myself trying to think of more places around the house that need lettering.”

“Great experience. The folks at DYI lettering were such a huge help and answered my questions on the spot. They even did some custom design from an idea and rough pic that came out spot on! I'd reference DYI in a heartbeat and will use their services again”

“This was great, I wanted Navy style letters in honor of a sailor in the family. I found "machine" font here, added a shadow, a slight (3 degree) slant for flair, and very reasonable express shipping on Sunday afternoon. Boi-oi-oing, in the mailbox Thursday, on the boat Friday evening. I haven't done this before, instructions were very clear, it was easy to get great results. I like that the order is per one, the cost of two is in line with other sites for one pair, and with free shipping. If you want your slant to lean the same way (fore/aft) on both sides, order one left, back up and change the slant to right and order one of those. Do the same on the shadow, I neglected switching the shadow, it still looks great. I did put 2 spaces between groups of letters to get 2 inch spaces, per Nebraska Regs. Layout carefully- they're sticky- follow the clear instructions, I measured off a stripe and cut between groups of letters (adapted idea from the instructions). This allowed keeping them an even height above the stripe along the curve of the bow. Measured back from the wood platform on the bow (just measure back from a point common to both sides) to get them the same distance aft from the bow. I couldn't be happier with the result.”

“Exactly what I ordered, delivered on time as promised. Application was simple. Charter numbers are mandatory for regulatory compliance...doesn't mean the numbers have to be slapped on. DIY Lettering made the process easy, and they look great on the vessel.”
