“Fantastic product, and service, particularly for the do-it-yourself crowd. I ordered some vinyl lettering for the transom of my sailboat, and made a bit of a hash of things by applying the lettering in less than ideal conditions. I was dismayed to find more than a few bubbles (all my fault) under the vinyl after application. However, within two weeks, all of the bubbles-of which there were many due to my foolishness-disappeared entirely on their own! This is my second experience with this company, and I cannot rate them highly enough. I had been looking for an online, do-it-yourself vinyl lettering business locally in Vancouver; however, the local companies were going to charge me almost three times as much for the identical product I received from DIYLettering! Lastly, I found their design studio to be simplicity itself, and creating the vinyl lettering took no more than fifteen minutes.”

“A very professional website for designing the lettering. The lettering came out beautiful and met all my expectations for quality. Using the wet method, the hailing port applied perfectly. Unfortunately, I have some wrinkles in "Heather". I attribute this to the slight curve of the transom and my hinging the application along the top border. I should have hinged from the left edge and wrapped it around the transom. Evoking your guarantee, I'd love to try again if you send me another "Heather".”

“When I ordered them originally they never showed up and the USPS tracking number just stopped tracking and I sent an email to DIY lettering and they checked and found the package was lost so they remade new ones and overnighted with FedEx and that worked perfect. Then about 2 weeks later the original order did show up but the envelope was not in great shape and the lettering was all wavy and one was partly creased. I put them in a book to flatten which I have not pulled out yet to see if they are ok to use although I don’t have places to use since I special ordered these to have the adhesive on the face so I can stick to the inside of the car window since we are in Chicago and the winter would destroy them when cleaning ice of the windows. But overall I was very happy with the customer service and the replacement process and how it all worked out and I was going to be placing another order soon.”
