The rear window has a slight curve, so both lines of words have a slight bow to them, but I recognized this before the final attachment of the letters and am happy with that as well. After finalization of my order I realized I needed the width of the lines to be slightly smaller. I responded to their confirmation email, asking for production to stop and the size to be adjusted. They reacted promptly and accurately and got it all taken care of without a hitch. THAT is how customer service is supposed to happen in this world.
