Letters don't adhere to wall like other companies I have used in the past. I have to keep pressing them to the wall as they peel off.
Great people, company, product and service!
So far I have ordered 10 separate decals on two different occasions. The first go around I tore 2 out of the 6 decals during install. DIY LETTERING stands behind their guarantee, and product. They responded to my email within a day, talked to a person over phone and in less than two minutes my decals were being made and shipped for free. This company is awesome and is why I continue to purchase and recommend. If you don't install within a month after receiving product, hit it with a little heat i.e. hair dryer heat gun just prior to install. That's basically what happened with the two I messed up. Again awesome company you can't go wrong
I like how I can go back into my last order to start a new order so all of my letterings are exactly the same size and shape.
The letters came as advertised and were incredibly easy to apply. The customization options, in particular fonts, and the price made this whole service perfect for our needs!

Your web site was fairly easy to navigate, but I was a little confused on the height and width of the actual word without the backing. It turned out perfect, though. Very easy to apply. Ordering was easy and the shipping was fast. Thanks for the great product.
Very good quality letters,,easy to install,,i was looking for "old World german" script letters but these are close and work nicely.

We had a large logo with some thin lines. It took a bit of practice to find the right technique for peeling off the back and front paper but once we got the hand of it things went quickly and it looks great.
Will use DIY again when I need something like this again. After searching through hobby shops to no avail, I found what I needed at DIY. The application was so simple. EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I was very pleased with the whole process - ordering, cost, delivery time, and quality. I worked for a sign company in high school and college, so I knew what *could* go wrong. But everything was positive. If I have vinyl lettering needs in the future, I know where to go!
The letters were very easy to apply onto the wall and get straight! I was hoping to match the color of my letters to the “flower” stickers I got, but the the letters are a bit more green than blue — the colors were hard to match over the internet. I know for the future… teal = green, aqua = blue. :) Everything arrived on time and in great condition. I really like how the letters look! Thank you!

Super easy to put on. I recently helped a teacher apply store bought words to a classroom wall and I worried it would be the same horrible experience. It was so much easier. It goes on exactly as shown in the website directions and the plastic peels from the letters pretty easy, especially when compared to some decals we bought from michaels. Really happy with this and will use again. I had this project done in about 12 minutes including time to make a level line.
My client was totally thrilled with the design for her wall graphic. This is her business slogan, and her customers are pleased and delighted. It brings the room alive.

Great product! Very inexpensive but good quality and shipping is very reasonable and the product arrived so quick!
Here's a photo of the revamped sign. It was so easy and cost effective for our little association. Followed the easy directions to tape the top, cut sign into 4 sections and wallah! Perfect! We did put two clear coats of polyacrylic over the top, after letting the adhesive on the vinyl settle in for a week. Everyone Loves it...even the children are commenting!
We requested help with the lettering and your customer service rep did it exactly the way we asked for it the first time! We are repeat customers and have referred you to some friends for wall decals !

Excellent product & use experience. The lettering came rolled tighter than expected, but I let it relax & flatten for a couple days before attempting to use it. Just a precaution on my part, probably not necessary. I just hate working with curly, sticky things :-) End result is great - easy to design & make happen.

Numbers arrived quickly. They were packaged perfectly and came out of the box easily. They were set up evenly so that an accurate measurement could be made on the wall for installation. They look so good on the wall, you would think I had done this 100 times, not 1!
