Dealing with a Company on the Internet for the first time can be scary at times. Wondering if the work will be done right and if you'll get your product in a timely manner and if you'll be treated with courtesy. Well folks I'm here to tell you that with the folks at DIY Lettering at the helm you can all rest assured that you have nothing to worry about. Even if you've never applied vinyl lettering before you can be a pro after the first one you do, it's that easy. If I can put 30" high lettering on a Bus even as accident prone as I am then anyone can do it. I got several quotes on my lettering job from local places and the guys at DIY Lettering's prices blew the local so-called competition out of the water. I am a former Tim McGraw/Alan Jackson band member now on my own with a new record deal so of course money matters to me. The next time I need "any" vinyl lettering I'll be in touch with these guys! Will E-mail pics. Could always use another sponsor, when we race(Road Atlanta, Daytona, Nashville, Barber, Memphis, Savannah, South Carolina Speedway-Kershaw, V.I.R.,Sebring etc) there are usually 50 cars on track, and a "spiffy" decal of your business on the car would draw alot of attention to you. Food for thought.

The signs look great! we've gotten lots of calls in the month since we put the first sign out & just put out our second set of signs. The "installation" process was SO simple! We made 2 signs in 1 hr - just amazing! so much better than paying way more for the same thing from a local sign shop! DIY Lettering is great! We got excellent customer service & are going to keep your info on hand for suture projects!

I really liked your website and how quickly I could produce the lettering I wanted at a great price. I could not get a color to match what I had but I was in a time crunch so I ordered. It was also difficult to match fonts since I had to open each one to see what it looked like. I will send pictures in a reply e-mail to you since I am having difficulty uploading them to this survey. The lettering was very easy to put on. It turned out very nice doing it myself. Wasn't sure how it would look but I am very pleased with the results.
I honestly spent three days looking through many websites to find someone who would let us do the manual labor of weeding the decals ourselves. Thank God we found DIY and reduced the cost roughly 80% as compared to the next cheapest service.
Everything was great except it took 10 days to get my lettering, otherwize I would have appreciated a hand held plastic tool to help smooth the letters on the car windows to get out air bubbles, maybe you can include this in your packaging, I am going to order 2 more signs for another website.
I wanted to use 2 different sizes of type on the same line and the ordering was a bit difficult because of this. Also, after placing the order I realized that it was being shipped to the billing address for my credit card instead of to my current address. Customer service was great on this issue and made the necessary correction.
I am happy with the lettering. There are so many options and variations available, you could spend hours on the website finding the perfect format but once you know what you want it only takes a minute.
