The turn around time was above my expectations, and the application was quick and easy. Other than 1 sign that had 1 very small hole in it, the rest were perfect.
I am very happy with the service. I worked with Brad because I was having trouble finding a sticker for my car that was removable for show purposes. He worked with me and came up with something that worked great..
Last word (RESCUE) was not straight on paper. Delayed shipping order but sent overnight when they realized it did not go out. Customer service was very good!
There was some confusion with my order. I thought I was ordering 2" letters but your people wrote me a note that I had given a 2" overall measurement for the entire sign. I don't know how I messed that up but I was very grateful they took the initiative and care on your end to assume what I meant and sent me both for no additional charge. That's going above and beyond in customer service and I was very appreciative. Thank you.

I've purchased at least 10 times from DIY lettering, choosing to use them instead of a local sign shop for projects that require just stylized lettering, mostly because I can see the finished product on my screen before I submit the order, so I know exactly what to expect. Of course, they exceed my expectations every time. My truck, and other vehicles look great with the lettering that i've ordered from them, and I will continue to do so in the future.

It was a pleasure doing business with Brad! I think the site was very usable - our project was hard though because we needed the letters in an arch that had very specific dimensions - figuring that out was too hard. We did not get what we wanted so I called Brad and explained how we had not gotten what we thought we had ordered. He understood, created the decorative sign in the correct dimensions, and shipped the replacement overnight. I would say that he went above and beyond what we had hoped he could do to help us. I would recommend his product and customer service to anybody!

The DIY letterings are AMAZING!!!! So easy. Problem is I thought my husband would be able to do it and I let it him. That's why it looks a little zig-zag!!!!! But I am ABSOLUTELY VERY SATISFIED!!! Would order again in an instant!!!!

Very nice and simple web tool to quickly design and see the lettering you are purchasing. Finished product looked exactly like that designed and the application of the lettering was a snap. Will be a repeat customer when additional lettering is needed. Very pleased.
As a new Shriner and member of a wheels unit I was asked to participate in our annual State competion. Having very little time before the event I stumbled accross DIYL. The process was easy to figure out. Hands down the product was spot on. I can tell you this expect additional orders!!!
I don't have a photo of the lettering right now, but can send one a later date. The lettering was very high quality and the price was just right. We use these often and will definitely be reordering through DIY Lettering.

My first use of the "applied lettering" was in 2000 and even though there are some cracks here and there, they still look pretty good. I don't know if I will buy another truck or just keep this one until I quit the business. If I purchase a new truck then I will certainly outfit it with your letters.
The signs have been a good source of advertising for me. They were easy to install (in the shade), but I recommend doing them in a garage to avoid gusts of wind.
We will be using Do It Yourself Lettering again next year. The service was fast and accurate, and the pricing was better than anyone else.

Web layout was very easy to use with some pretty good choices on fonts and styles. Quick turn around and good service is always nice to see. Being a small business myself, I know that size doesn't always mean quality. I like to give the smaller guys a chance too! Keep up the good work! Thanks!
