It was a pleasure to have such an easy way to have vinyl letters made.

The only issue we had was that i had requested a proof to be sent, which never came. thankfully the decals that were printed worked great without ever getting a proof

All 3 of the signs came in wrinkled. I was surprised that you would sell a product like that. there was no way to get the air bubbles out because of the creases in all 3. They were bad, real bad.

Since my items were large,they were a little difficult to apply without getting air bubbles. It would be great if the installation instructions included tips on avoiding this condition. Also, I happened to have a plastic applicator from a previous self lettering project, one should be included. Overall, the look is very good and I am pleased with the product.

The "Create" interface on your website is very well engineered and is the reason I chose DIY over other providers. Particularly outstanding were your font selection, design options like shadowing, and vinyl quality upgrade option. Details like that told me, "This company understands its product," which is really important. I appreciate the personal service I received and obvious product quality.

The reds don't exactly match because the lettering color looks a little orange red compared to the paint on the truck but it's close enough. The letter size is perfect and it was easy to order and to install.

We wanted to put a subtle but visible message on our personal vehicle with the URL for our web site. DIY Lettering provided a modern means to do so with a quality product at a fair price. We will use their service again if the Lord causes our ministry to grow.

Thank you for making a product that is good quality, and affordable. I searched many sites before finding yours. The price, and easiness of making the lettering will keep me coming back when I need lettering. With racing small cars it is hard finding people to do lettering, now I can do it myself.

I would acually like to have ordered a smaller size sticker, but none were available. so the one I ordered worked! It had too!

We were amateurs when it came to graphics and style. After sharing what we wanted to achieve as a backdrop for the exhibit and how to coordinate the wall message with the postcards announcing the exhibit, DIY came up with the perfect complement to carry out the look we were hoping for. All we had to do was give them the dimensions of the area where wording would be placed and they worked up a proof that gave us a chance to see how it would look. It took very little tweaking.

We have custom trade show trucks, using a combination of custom paint and DIY Lettering. The results work great for us. Our first experience was approx. 4 years ago and the quality of the lettering was incredible. Durability "awesome", removal for new upgrade logos & redesigns was outstanding. Brad and his staff are the BEST!

The vinyl package looks great! And really stands out on TV we will be using DIY lettering in the future on the ARCA no.67 Machine Technology Ford Fusion and our other cars as well!
