I was very pleased with the quality of the product and excited to find a source of lettering with so many font selections and options to 'customize'. The pricing is very fair.
The prices, service and customer service is what keeps me coming back to DIY Lettering all the time.

I was a little confused on the website as to the size of the overall lettering. My lettering arrived and it was about an 1/8 of the size needed. I called and was taken care of immediately without any questions. I would definitely call your company when I need more lettering.

Perfect! I went to a sign shop in Los Angeles, CA. to have vinyl door signs made. They said I had to see their "designer" and it would take a week! I found "Do It Yourself" on line and it was so easy to design a sign, actually fun! I wanted the door signs for a special event. I ordered them Sunday, on line, I had them on Tuesday (sure, I paid for the over night postage). They arrived, really easy to put on, looks great! It could not have been easier, I am totally pleased!

This is the 3rd time I have used Do It Yourself Lettering and I couldn't be happier. I found the website is very easy to use and very helpful in comparing the millions of different fonts and backgrounds to choose from. Every time I have placed an order it has arrived within days. I will continue to use DIY lettering for all of my projects. Keep up the great work.
I have been buying from brad and diy here for over a year now. I love to redecal all of my motorcycles and cars a few times a year. They let me weed myself which is great. I love rhe ability to design what i want when i want online This is a great company. I will send photos.

Amazing photo clarity on the signs, and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable (most of the local companies wanted considerably more than you charged! GREAT service and VERY quick turn-around on my order
It was a pleasure to have such an easy way to have vinyl letters made.
The only issue we had was that i had requested a proof to be sent, which never came. thankfully the decals that were printed worked great without ever getting a proof

All 3 of the signs came in wrinkled. I was surprised that you would sell a product like that. there was no way to get the air bubbles out because of the creases in all 3. They were bad, real bad.
Since my items were large,they were a little difficult to apply without getting air bubbles. It would be great if the installation instructions included tips on avoiding this condition. Also, I happened to have a plastic applicator from a previous self lettering project, one should be included. Overall, the look is very good and I am pleased with the product.

The "Create" interface on your website is very well engineered and is the reason I chose DIY over other providers. Particularly outstanding were your font selection, design options like shadowing, and vinyl quality upgrade option. Details like that told me, "This company understands its product," which is really important. I appreciate the personal service I received and obvious product quality.
The reds don't exactly match because the lettering color looks a little orange red compared to the paint on the truck but it's close enough. The letter size is perfect and it was easy to order and to install.
We wanted to put a subtle but visible message on our personal vehicle with the URL for our web site. DIY Lettering provided a modern means to do so with a quality product at a fair price. We will use their service again if the Lord causes our ministry to grow.
