I can't speak highly enough about their customer service! I placed an order for the smaller lettering and logo, then the next day I ordered the larger lettering and logo and even though they had already finished the first order and were ready to ship (which is incredible in itself!), they held the order so they could ship together! Not to mention, they also waived and refunded the second order shipping since they had shipped together! All within 48 hours!!! The quality is outstanding! It is professional looking to say the least and I was the one doing the install (not saying I am some kind of expert, they provided awesome, easy to follow instructions). I choose the higher quality, 3M vinyl. Everyone who has seen the before and after have been blown away by the look and quality. Great job DIYL!!!
I got an email from Shawn stating that he combined my orders so I wouldn't have to pay shipping on the second order that wasn't over $50. I did not request this, all on his own he took the initiative and went outta his way to save me money. The signs are also as advertised... these guys are a 10/10

Love your site please never change your process it was so easy to design what I wanted dream come true for a DO IT YOURSELFER like myself. After reaching out to several lettering companies with no response or lack of understanding what I need this website was exactly what I needed.
We needed to replace our lettering and add our art work. We had previously ordered from DIY Lettering. They are the Best!! We were so pleased with our BBQ Piggie and ordered larger letters than before! It looks Perfect!! The DIY staff called us personally which is fantastic. Fast shipping as well! We messed up a few letters and were sent replacements at no cost FAST! We have more projects ahead and we look forward to buying from DIY Lettering for all of it!!!
This was a very pleasant and simple project from start to finish. Great items, makes our vehicle look great. Easy to design with many options and easy to install.
Live customer service without a long menu of options is hard to find these days. Finding people who know their product and are responsive is even harder. DIY offers both. The lettering was easy to apply. I have some on another vehicle that has been through the car wash a couple times. The lettering also runs partially under my rear window wiper. So far none of that has disturbed the lettering.
I'm paranoid about submitting anything on the Internet but I'm making an exeption because I couldn't be more pleased at the outcome of the sticker you made for me. Your Web Site is easy for non-technical folks like me and your talent in creating the product is Excellent.

This is the second time I ordered from DIY Lettering. After getting a hang of their website, creating a decal was quick, painless and FUN! My order also included a custom quote of my company logo and that came just as fast as my online quote! The company even combined my two orders to one so I didn't have to pay double shipping. Highly recommend for the DIY crew out there!

We used the lettering for branding my golf cart. It was amazingly simple and looks great! I have local sign “guy” that I enjoy working with but I’m not sure I’ll be using him any longer due to the quality, the ease and cost of DIY! Thank you!
This lettering looks so nice and professional. Very easy to install. Love it! Just be careful cleaning the glass.
We ordered from bestofsigns a few months ago for a different car vinyl that we needed, and the quality was not up to par with what we were wanting, the quality was cheap, the coloring was not how it showed on our proofs.
