I like the fact that the font and size when complete tells me the height and length of the space. Quality was great. Easy to apply. Just clean and place. It’s already laid out and spaced. I recorded within a few days. I’ll use DIY next time for me lettering needs

As you can see the mailbox and post were worn and discolored. I cleaned up the mailbox, removed old lettering, painted the post and re-applied new DIY lettering. My neighbor was impressed and said he was going to do the same. Turned out nice. I am pretty handy, grew up in the country with a degree in Agriculture so easy project.

Packing- Placing printed materials against lettering is a rule breaker. The ink bonded to them (see pictures). The problem was quickly resolved by DIY Lettering sending out replacement letters.

It was simple and straightforward to install and looks great!

Instructions were good. I did this small project as a test to see if it could be done well for a larger installation. I would definitely do this on a larger project and hope to do so!

Our mailbox was looking tired and ready to be replaced. I Repainted and then applied the do it yourself lettering which was a snap. I went for the upgrade of reflective lettering and happy that I did. Would definitely use them again.

Ordered 1st set 2 years ago, and just recently ordered 2nd set for the other side of the mailbox. In comparing the 2, I see no fading or wearing, just excellent quality.

Installed the vinyl numbers on a replacement mailbox and installed the mailbox in late 2016. The lettering has held up very well.

Your customer service was outstanding. I designed and submitted an order online and the next day realized that I had made a mistake with the color of the lettering. The order had already been manufactured and shipped. I called and explained what happened. My lettering was manufactured again with my desired color and shipped the same day. This was done free of charge even though it was MY mistake. The person who handled my request was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not sure but I believe he was the owner of the business.
