Easy to do business with.

The lettering came quickly and looks great on my mailbox. If I had purchased a mailbox and had the lettering done by a local company, it would have cost $120. I purchased my own mailbox and the lettering from your company and paid $37 total. I could not be more pleased.

Setting up the order was easy and convenient. I could see just what I would be getting, and I appreciated the wide choice of high-quality typefaces available. The letters (numbers in this case) were exactly what I ordered and represented very high quality at a reasonable cost.

Instructions would have been appreciated but I figured it out.

You had an extensive selection of styles and fonts. It was difficult to chose. The numbers arrived quickly after we placed our order. The numbers were extremely easy to apply to the mailbox. They look great!

I had a minor problem with the first item that I received, which was exactly what I ordered, but one call and within 2 days I had received a new item which worked perfectly at no additional cost even though I offered to pay.

Tremendous customer service, I needed 2 numbers but had difficulty getting them of the right font size and DIY Lettering sent me out the corrected versions (I had screwed up in the ordering) at no cost to me!

I purchased lettering for our new mailbox. Apparently I ordered the wrong color. I wanted a reflective white/gray. I received the color black, my mailbox is black. I inquired about it, and was told, no problem, I will send you what you need and at NO CHARGE! I was very impressed. When I can, I will send you a picture, nothing fancy of course. Just a black rural mailbox with our name in reflective tape. Thanks!

The lettering are quality of vinyl are absolutely superb! The ease of application is also very surprising...draw a light horizontal line, peel the back off, peel the front off, and you're finished! (I wish I had ordered a bit larger size for the full street address on my mailbox...my error! However, it still looks good!)~ I'll send photos later.

I was Absoutely amazed with the delivery speed of my Ron Paul Stickers. I ordered them at 2:30 pm on Friday, and they were in my mailbox on Saturday. I live 1400 miles away! They were high quality, and easy to apply. I would absolutely use, and recommend to my freinds your services in the future.

NO instructions were included!! I had to get back on the website. It would have been nice to have had a copy included with my order w/ a "thanks for your business" kind of thing!

You undoubtedly recall the shipping problem- lost and found by UPS. Great service and fairness in dealing with a problem beyond your control. Overall, for the price and particular application it's perfect. Sure beats paying $12 apiece for trite, Brass or otherwise very ordinary numbers.
