Easy to apply, looks great. We will have to see how it survives the winters, but I am really pleased with how it looks.

We applied the product but only part of the design stuck properly. Our last name did not come out correctly. It was very disappointing. We did not contact customer service because we have been extremely busy.

Excellent quality product and customer service second to none! Note: when pulling the backer off of the letters, pay close attention to the small parts of each letter or number. (This will vary depending on font used) These edges have a tendency to stick to the backer and fold up sticking to themselves. Use straight edge or your fingernail to press letter to your item, while pulling off backer.
This lettering is unlike any we found elsewhere, and it worked perfectly for our projects. The service was quick and accurate, and DIY was easy to get in touch with when we had some difficulty. Best of all, you were willing to work with us and make us very satisfied. We will definitely be back!

We had to replace our mailbox and I'm happy we chose do it yourself lettering for the finishing touch. Amazing turn around time and excellent quality! Their website rivals the competition with the ability to preview many fonts at once and even adjust kerning (spacing) of the letters; not something I expected! Great job! I can't wait to find more projects that require lettering/graphics!

I wish more companies could have this level of customer service. They were extremely easy to contact, both by email and by phone. They were very helpful and went way beyond to help me with my concerns. From the time I ordered the 30 sets of numbers for our condo complex until I received them was less than a week, and I live on the opposite coast.
This was way easier to do than I expected. I repainted the mailbox and put on the lettering and I was really impressed with the results. My mailbox is probably 25 years old and it looks like new.

The complete process from selection to ordering was very straight forward and easy. Three days after I placed my order it arrived in the mail. The application of the decals took me less than half an hour. I am very pleased and would order from them again.
