Ordering on your website was super easy! I enjoyed that so had the ability to compare a variety of fonts prior to selecting the one I wanted to use. Your selection of fonts and colors was also phenomenal. The instructions sent with the lettering were clear and concise and made it easy for me to use. I was using a custom printing company before that used to charge me anywhere from $15-$20 a name plate! Not only that, the customer service was awful. Talking to my sales representative was like pulling teeth. It got to the point we had to sever ties. Instead of locating a new vendor, I tried to do it myself with letters from Staples. Not the greatest idea. With time running out and a picky client, I was getting desperate! I found DIY lettering, attached a picture of the old name plates I needed replicated and a measurement of the plate. They looked even better than the original and my client agreed! The savings also was a win. We will continue to use DIY lettering for our name plates and other projects!

Cut was crooked took 3 hours to apply and the results where bad. Could not straighten it no matter what I did. It looms like y’all just hurry up and print them cut them however y’all like and ship them out. How can I apply something even if the cut is crooked??? Money on the trash! Want my money back and won’t be ordering again.
After several orders now, I have found that every experience has been excellent to the point that I don't bother looking anywhere else. It is so nice to design what I want and receive exactly what I hoped for. On my last order, I made a second order right after it as an afterthought. I received an email the following morning letting me know that I was being reimbursed for the unneeded additional shipping. Now, that is honest business practices right there!
We were so happy with our vinyl! I have a lot of experience installing this material, but really appreciated that the package came with directions for those who are less familiar, and I was glad to have a squeegee as part of my order as well.

THANK YOU! I NEEDED LETTERING “NOW” AND YOU DELIVERED! THE WEBSITE WAS EASY TO USE AND WITHIN MINUTES I HAD DESIGNED WHAT I NEEDED, AND WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS I HAD THE LETTER (DID PAY OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, BUT WAS HAPPY TO DO SO).
I ordered two of each label in case I messed up the install, but they worked perfectly the first time. High quality, well cut and exact size ordered.

Vinyl worked great, everyone loved how my project turned out for our family party. We put our celebrations on hold because of COVID and finally got together to celebrate everyone's accomplishments. The vinyl made it easy to customize each balloon.
