I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service, quick response, mock up, production/shipping speed, and quality of product.
Love everything about this company! from them being willing to draw my sign from a photo to the quick shipping and clear instructions for installation. Would absolutely recommend and use again
I was a bit nervous as this was the first time I had used DIY Lettering. The instructions and video were very helpful and after my first stencil placement I felt like a pro. Very happy with the product. No problems at all!

Pretty disappointed at the usage and quality of the product, and looking to solve this issue with a possible refund for at least the streetview lettering, which from the photos one can see that most of it is gone. Felipe

I am so very pleased with the decals I purchased from DIY Lettering! Fun to design, very well priced, they ship quickly and are easy to apply. I will continue to purchase from DIY and encourage anyone wanting quality decals to do the same!
Sorry it took so long to send these pics. But what really stinks is the next person will probably get them cheaper because I had to pay for the design to be drawn.

The most challenging part was to get the decal off the backing and onto the bike. It didn't come out perfectly, but close enough for work like this. Would definitely use this service again.

The customer service if these folks is so far above and beyond perfect I can’t even say. My shipment was hung up in the mail to Canada for 4 weeks. They apologized and sent me a new order by FedEx! How beyond perfect is that?! They…are…AWESOME!
