I used the hinge in the middle technique which worked well, except while doing the port of call I got a little bubble in the lette "S" (hardly noticeable). Your design tool was a pleasure to use.

Great Price, Great website to work with! Way cheaper than my local vinyl guy. I was able to get fantastic matching registration (LEGAL ONES) numbers and boat name. Looked great, easy install.
Fantastic service and I really liked the incredible selection of fonts to choose. I wanted a color that was not shown on the website, called them and they were able to get it for me! The price is a huge bargain - a marina would have charged twice as much and would not have custom fonts or colors. Could not be happier. If you don't want ugly mailbox letters for your boat, this is the way to go. Thanks DIY Lettering!
I chose DIY lettering because they offer 3M products and I wanted lettering that will last. I was nervous about applying the lettering to the boat, but was amazed at how quick and easy it was! It literally took me longer to wipe the dust off the side of the boat than it took me to apply the letters. The previewer showed me exactly what the letters would look like, and they REALLY look good. I would recommend DIY lettering to anyone...I'm very impressed!

Great response time to emailed questions. Awesome looking custom decal from our uploaded file. Since ours was two lines of text on one decal, next time, I would cut the lines apart and apply them separately. The second line was harder to manage with all the extra backing.
The last time I did this I spent 2+ hours screwing around with individual letters to make it look presentable. With the letters on the single strip and pre weeded I had my registration numbers on both sides of the boat in less than 15 minutes.
Awesome a quick service. We loved this font because of the hearts it allowed us to out in the name when naming our boat after a family member who passed away.

Excellent design system that allows the customer to design EXACTLY what they're looking for very easily. This was so easy, I'm starting to accumulate many ideas on what needs professional looking labeling now ... the weeding (done by DIYlettering) was perfect.

I found the website easy to use. The options were plentiful and useful; the number of fonts excellent. Shipping time was reasonable. Price was very reasonable. I liked the fact that I could resize the project to my specs, not be contstrained by yours.
We used the lettering for our boat name on our 1974 Seacraft Tsunami. We named the boat after our son. He also picked out the font on the website (not bad for a 4 year old!!) The letters were easy to apply and I will buy again here for my next project!
