The numbers looked great. I did damage a couple numbers when I was placing them. I asked if they could replace them and the new ones were on their way before I knew it. Great customer service and their products look great.
I made a mistake with the online ordering. I called with my problem and was taken care of like no other business I have ever dealt with. I will try to run my business this way, DIY is the best!!!

You website rocks EXCEPT once I tried to complete my order it wouldn't accept my credit card, and then sent me to Paypal and wouldn't complete the transaction that way either. So I called and spoke with someone who took my credit card over the phone and said it would be taken care of. I didn't receive the item and had to go back several weeks later, and create the item and go through the process again to get the product ordered and it finally went through. I've ordered from you before and never had any other issues, so was a tad disappointed this time. We are buying a new boat and will need new lettering and graphics, hope to use you again, but without the issues.
Product looks great, much better than website render can do justice. Applied with wet technique. Very happy with result.

The site was easy to navigate. I like that the font choices are all shown using the name or word that you are buying.
The lettering was very easy to install and it looks great. The price was reasonable and the selection of fonts was extensive compared to other companies.
The end product is very professional. I love the ability to align everything together and then simply pull off the backing to leave only the individual letters/numbers perfectly aligned. Great customer service as well, including a phone call prior to the order to ensure I understood that my order was what I was anticipating.

I was told that my boat was a 1973, when I received the title I found out that it was a 1978. Can you help me correct it? I just need a 8 with the same font and color and then I will send the picture. Just let me know how much to send... Thank you...
I had a very good experience, ordering through DIY Lettering. I messed up one of my labels, when putting it on. I emailed DIY and the instantly sent me another one. No charge. I will definitely order from DIY for my future orders.

Great graphics in the matching color for the boat waterline boot top, Florida Registration numbers and roller jib sun shield. Graphics shipped very fast. Extremely easily application.
Your customer service is above and beyond what was expected. The only problems I have had is that after 3 years of about 50% straight outdoor use the decals on my semi have begun to fade.... But I cannot say that anyone else's would not have done the same.
I ordered thin letters to comply with California standards for boat registration on an inflatable pontoon. I only had a 20" area in which to mount the letters, and the normal width (with the required 3" height) is 27". The letters came in perfect. I mounted them on popular veneer, stained with mahogany, and eight coats of Marine Varathane. I had a little problem with the letters sticking to the backing on the first plate, but once I rubbed harder on the film on the second plate they came out great. Would definitely order from DIY again, Thank You!
