This is my third experience with these folks and they are the best I had the pleasure of working with.
This product is super easy to install and looks awesome on my boat. I used my mobile phone on the website and it was very easy to navigate.
Definitely was a learning curve (to windy, did not separate letters, had a wrinkle, etc) and should have looked at on line tips before attempting installation. However customer service was great and mailed out a second set of letters which went on perfectly and looks great. Thanks
After placing my order on line, I had made a mistake and this was caught by staff who contacted me to correct. THAT is great customer service my friends!

We used your service on our previous boat. It traveled over 6000 miles around the eastern US on the Great Loop, and it's name held up fabulously. So it was a no brainer who to use the next time around. Seemed easier this time around, too. PS. I didn't use any customer service, so a N/A option should be available. Didn't need to. Did I mention "no brainer?"
Good advice on improving design for vinyl application. Great customer service from start to finish. Vinyl is noticeably thicker than others I have used.

Worked great, lettering is beautiful and was easy to install. I would not hesitate to use DIY Lettering again and highly recommend it.

Excellent product. Easy to apply. Looks great. If I had to do again I would have ordered a bit smaller lettering so that I didn’t have to slide it down to get it to fit under the 260 logo that was pre-existing on the boat.
Your web design program is very good, almost perfect (couple things here and there that give me pause). I think your program should default to white boxes, instead of gray boxes. It would also be nice if the vinyl on the last ordering step defaults to high performance vinyl, rather than the regular stuff (calendered?). The cost difference is nominal yet high performance vinyl is much better, yes? I've attached a few photos of your stuff on my stuff. Thanks.
Terrific customer service! I messed up my initial order and was able to get the lettering replaced in different colors and sizes. My most recent order was the same logo in a much smaller size and it was great that they had the digital file and could turn it around overnight!
