On my first application attempt, I chose a day that was a bit too windy and ended up messing up my decal. Contacted the company and they sent me a new one free of charge including shipping. Very impressed with the quality and have recommended them to other sailors in the marina.

This product is super easy to install and looks awesome on my boat. I used my mobile phone on the website and it was very easy to navigate.
Definitely was a learning curve (to windy, did not separate letters, had a wrinkle, etc) and should have looked at on line tips before attempting installation. However customer service was great and mailed out a second set of letters which went on perfectly and looks great. Thanks

We used your service on our previous boat. It traveled over 6000 miles around the eastern US on the Great Loop, and it's name held up fabulously. So it was a no brainer who to use the next time around. Seemed easier this time around, too. PS. I didn't use any customer service, so a N/A option should be available. Didn't need to. Did I mention "no brainer?"
Good advice on improving design for vinyl application. Great customer service from start to finish. Vinyl is noticeably thicker than others I have used.
