Excellent representation of what we expected.

Perhaps I waited too long to adhere them and I lost several letters due to non-adhesion. I wiil purchase them again with a new sign that I will order. Other than that, I was very pleased with all phases of the product, especially price.

The logo and lettering where exactly as order. Applying the sign was a little more difficult than I expect, putting them up on a windy day didn't help. They look great on the windows.

I was thoroughly impressed with how easy these graphics are to install. The shipment time was remarkable, I couldn't believe how fast I received the package in the mail. I have recommended this website to fellow business owners looking to do the same thing as I did. I am very satisfied.

Great product. My only suggestion would be to include the option for reverse cutting when ordering online.

They look great, and Roy was super helpful with my questions and was very quick with new designs and formats. He went above and beyond as well, when months after ordering, I asked for a favor. Will email pics soon - the large logo especially looks awesome!

The service I got from DIY Lettering was beyond compare. I shopped around for a good price for a few days. Even my local companies were going to do half the project I needed for twice the price and in twice the time. When I found the website, I was very skeptical because I couldn't understand how the price difference could be so extensive. The price absolutely could not be beat, the service was EXCEPTIONAL (I got multiple phone calls from the owner to verify that my order was correct after I had a couple questions). If I had to do another project like this or needed some lettering for my business, I would not hesitate to use DIY Lettering again.

Good looks, good quality and not too expensive. You did it in reverse like i asked for inside application.

I can take a better picture on a sunny afternoon so the letters on the top half of the window shows up better. They look great and we now have people come into our store because of them. I have already referred you to other businesses.

I ordered the letters to be 3.5", the right window is 3.5" but the left window is smaller, it is less than 3.5". Didn't notice until I got them up, disappointed in this. Also had problem with bubbling and would like to know of any tips to avoid this or get them out.

I especially liked the website, the ease of creation and the options to manipulate text. I went through a couple of other similar companies online and found this one to be the best for what we needed. The finished product came in quick and was perfect.

They understood my fonts, sizes, colors, and IMPACT marketplace I wanted to display at my business location. Overall the decal came out very good. One hiccup was that the logo lettering was slanted as compared to the logo file I sent in. The decal is not installed crooked. If you zoom in on the photo you will see the defroster line on the window. Compare the space from the top of the logo on the left, and the top of the lettering on the right and you will see they are very consistent. Yet the block of lettering in the logo slants upward towards the right side. But it wasn't worth making a fuss over.

Everything about DIY lettering was phenomenal, shipping was fast, shipping package was totally destroyed when picked up at the post office, but the lettering was not damaged.
