DIY website was very user-friendly. We received our order quickly but once we try to install it there was an issue with A few of the letters being stuck to the backing when we tried to remove it. I called DIY and they instantly offered to send out a replacement no charge, no questions asked. That's awesome service:) The replacement arrived and we put it right up with no problems!
