After trying to manipulate and fix the problem, and making it worst, I placed a call to DIY and was greeted with a human voice on the end of the line, which in today's world, was extremely nice. He was understanding and without any questions asked, he informed me that they would send me some replacement letters free of charge. I have purchased letters from previous places and I must say, I wish that I had discovered DIY sooner. I have full intentions and keeping my future business with DIY.
