Entering in my credit card info changes the shipping address and I didn’t catch it until I got the shipping notification. I called a spoke to someone that went back and was able to change the shipping before it left. Absolutely what an ideal customer experience should be. We all make mistakes but it was handled so quickly and with a wonderful attitude, I had to say something.
