I originally purchased white reflective vinyl lettering for my new green mailbox. I was unhappy that the white had a bit of silver to it and it would not match the mailbox. I contacted customer service and immediately was given the option to have normal white vinyl sent as a replacement. The replacement was received in a few days, the product was perfect, and it was replaced at no charge. I would recommend this company/product to anyone in the need for vinyl lettering.
