I purchased lettering for our new mailbox. Apparently I ordered the wrong color. I wanted a reflective white/gray. I received the color black, my mailbox is black. I inquired about it, and was told, no problem, I will send you what you need and at NO CHARGE! I was very impressed. When I can, I will send you a picture, nothing fancy of course. Just a black rural mailbox with our name in reflective tape. Thanks!
