Your customer service was outstanding. I designed and submitted an order online and the next day realized that I had made a mistake with the color of the lettering. The order had already been manufactured and shipped. I called and explained what happened. My lettering was manufactured again with my desired color and shipped the same day. This was done free of charge even though it was MY mistake. The person who handled my request was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not sure but I believe he was the owner of the business. The lettering was good quality and easy to apply. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing this type of product and service. It was a pleasure doing business with you!
