I'm a repeat customer. Your work is awesome . My signs were easy to design on line; they came out beautifully. They are easy to apply to my back board. And they are super affordable. Love it!

DIY Lettering did a great job making decals for my husband and I to personalize our bicycles and hard gear such as helmets. I’m glad I created the style of decal with no background for the bikes—they look like they are professionally done, and I’ve received compliments almost every place I’ve been. The helmet/equipment decals have a silver background to stand out and do so quite nicely—I’m completely satisfied with the product. I’m even more impressed with the customer service since I ordered during the holiday season and the post office seemed to have lost my order since it did not arrive within the 7 days of being shipped. Shawn reprinted and rushed me out a new order, then the post office finally found and shipped me the original order. I’m loving these decals!

Very easy website to navigate, able to upload my image and submit it quickly. Stickers turned out better than I could have expected for the price... amazing quality.

Great quality and customer service

I ordered a banner like phrase over 120" and did not like the way it looked upon arrival...the letters were too thick. After a brief conversation with DIY Lettering, I selected a different font and was given a 50% discount. The banner arrived shortly after and after installing it by myself, I couldn't be happier with it. Due to an injury I am sort of a one armed paper hanger and although it took longer than usual it is very simple and complete.

The skill and professionalism that employee JoyAnnett provided was simply freshing in todays age of customer service. She by definition is what real customer service means. An absolute asset to DIYLettering. Thanks Again James Fabulous Florida Keys

I've been using DIY Lettering for a few years now. The vinyl letters, numbers, etc. are very high quality material (true color and strength) that stands up to weather for years. Product comes ready to install. Standard shipping is very fast. Needed to order additional lettering for another project yesterday... ordered it with DIY Lettering.

These decals are easy to apply and last even on wood grain and the customization process online is very simple with step by step instructions. Shipping was fast and cheap to Canada as well.

DIY Lettering was great to me. While installing the lettering I wasn’t able to get a period to transfer. Their customer service stayed on the phone with me while we tried different techniques and even offered to send me a replacement immediately. I appreciate the great customer service.

Very satisfied with the product. Have ordered from DIY previously. There was a glitch somewhere in the shipping system but I called customer service and they responded quickly to resolve the issue.

The color of “Rachel B. Perl” doesn’t match the existing color. Gold reflective? Is there a better match ?
