When the first batch was lost in the mail, DIY Lettering sent out a second set with a tracking number which arrived quickly. They exhibited amazing customer service! The process to order was easy and the product was of the highest quality and made the model plane I made look perfect.

I could not believe the plethora of options on the website. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted so being able to seeing different choices with my lettering was invaluable. Once placed, my order showed up quickly with easy to follow instructions enclosed. It was so easy and was such a pleasant experience that I started looking around for more places I could use lettering. I will definitely buy from here again and have recommended them to everyone who has commented on our pantry door.

Great product and customer support. The only issue was the shipping, was clunky. The tracking showed it shipped from Florida to California to Florida and then just nothing! The package did show up about a week later in perfect condition. I think the problem was USPS, not DIYLettering. I’m a happy camper.
I was very glad that Do It Yourself Lettering had such a great selection of fonts as well as ways to format them-- curved, stretched, border, drop-shadow, etc.. I was able to create exactly what I wanted via their website. The first version I made, I wasn't aware that I could modify the size of each word and asked them to make that adjustment for me. That version came out perfectly, but I decided to order another of a different font. I was able to do all of the sizing work by myself once I got used to the website. The letters were easy to transfer to the glass and I'm very happy with them.

I selected the wrong size letters to match a previous sign I purchased from you, my goof. Still, the date change was close enough. The original basic sign was professionally done locally, and we only change dates and occasionally location.
Sorry - I meant to send this in before. I couldn't be more pleased with the product or service - both exceeded my expectations! I had trouble ordering online so I called. I received exceptional service. The vinyl cut-out lettering was delivered even sooner than stated. It took my husband and I an hour or less to put it up and it looks amazing! The yellow matches our corporate colors exactly! (This has been a huge problem with other printed products.) Had we known it would be this cheap and easy to install beautiful signage, we would have done this a year ago! (The 99 over the door was painted by me, it's not vinyl lettering.)
