I ordered lettering in black vinly and although it was easy to install the lettering did not show up on a glass door . I filled out a survey on the excellent service and mentioned this (as to help someone else not make the same mistake) and a representative responded that they would replace it with white lettering free of charge. I was not expecting that, i only wanted to let someone know so they would not have the same issue i had. Greatly appreciated. great customer service and business!

Awesome product, I was a little nervous at first to apply the letters to the bass drum head but I have to tell you once I started it was the easiest apply ever! So easy and was done in 5 seconds. Great quality and fast.

We originally were going to use a stencil but it was a hassle. The vinyl lettering came out fantastic and looks professional.
