This service is beyond awesome! The website was easy to navigate and I was able to choose exactly what I wanted. Plus the package was sealed up well along with my graphics being wrapped a second time inside a thick plastic bag as to not be damaged by the weather upon delivery! I will be doing all my lettering from here!!

I ordered a this decal a while back. FedEx delivered the package on a day where the wind was blowing at 50+mph, and it blew away! I filed a claim with FedEx, but nothing ever came of it. Fast forward a few weeks, DIY Lettering sent me an email asking how everything turned out. After explaining what happened, this bad boy showed up in the mail a few days later! I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and quality of the vinyl. Thanks DIY Lettering!

Great product. exactly as advertised. installation is simple. cannot ask for more. Look at the improvement over the others in the building.
I used a piece of aged cedar to mount the letters on and I was concerned that the lettering would adhere to the wood. Not to worry, it stuck on it great. I then sprayed clear poly acrylic on it. All this proved to be exactly what I hoped it would be. I thought the instructions were right on and when I phoned about whether I could use the acrylic spray on it, the answer was "yes". Thanks DIY Lettering.
Very happy with my purchase. My band mates and I think it looks awesome. Design tool was easy to use and had the font I needed. More options than the other sites I looked at.

Customer Service was excellent and answered several important questions via email response very quickly prior to ordering. My labels were shipped in a protective tube and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. As a graphic designer I laid out the design just as I wanted at size and received exactly what was intended. The labels are very tough and have yet to peel off my bike despite some rough riding! I highly recommend DIY Lettering!

So easy to use the website, and the options well suited what I wanted. Lettering came on a roll, used the masking tape method to align the 85" long sign to a stair riser. Used a plastic putty knife to press each letter and the result was an amazingly high quality look.
