Easy to design, order and receive. They look great!
The considerable size of the lettering (2 ft. high and lengths of 20 feet and 37 feet) was of some concern, but the result is very impressive. We have had multiple positive comments in regard to the professional quality of the lettering. Both entries look better than we expected.
I had ordered vertical lettering and thought you had messed up the order and sent out a sticker 1-1/2" tall, but after returning to your site I could see that I infact screwed up the order and you sent us the proper hight sticker anyway!!! This project turned out to be easier than I originally thought it would be. The lettering was of good quality, easy to work with and I can't wait for my next project -- which will definitely be larger!
It all went great, I found I did not have a good place to do the weeding, but I got it done. It cost me $10 here for a roll of tape to use as back masking so Next time I might just order them weeded and back masked.

Worked great! DIY worked with me to create a custom 2-color lettering that matched my organization's logo perfectly. Thanks! (One of the 3 sets was mangled in transit, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a couple extra sets in the envelope, so it worked out perfectly.)
Loved the way it turned out. We even did the weeding ourselves, after some advise. We muffed up the first one by using blue painters tape that was too sticky, but after calling DIY they kindly remade it for us and shipped it within days.
Your product is so easy to use and professional looking, I'm suprised that everyone with a garage sale doesn't use it.
This product was VERY easy to apply. I ordered another web based vinyl graphic and it was not as easy and was not worth the money. I will from now on come to your site!

Don't have pictures, but trust me it looks GREAT. I painted a large "Mile 0" road sign on the game board and had your "Key West" placed at the bottom. It looks really good.

Very easy to apply lettering...I did all four on my van in less than 20 minutes.
I ordered my sign on 12 Aug and it was mailed on the 13th but the USPS mishandled it and it got lost. When I told Brad about it on the 19th he immediately produced a new sign and sent it UPS 3-day at his own expense. I mounted it in less than 5-minutes and I am now ready for the bicycle race officiating assignment of a lifetime. THANKS Brad!!!!

It was a bit difficult to remove the backing. It wanted to lift off the 'unsticky' side first. The letter spacing was off so we cut & respaced. It appeared it was preset for each letter to take the same space as "I" & "N" but it didn't look right. Overall, for the price, I am satisfied.
Brad is awesome. After I submitted my sign, I noticed a typo. I emailed him about the error and within minutes he emailed back that it was fixed. He also noticed I was trying to make an arrow out of characters and offered to put in a real arrow. Now that is customer service. The sign shipped promptly and came exactly as I had hoped.
Letters look good. I am concerned about how well they will stick on the sail though. When I tried to peel off the backing sheet, the letters wanted to stick to it rather than the sail. Time will tell. Other than questions about sticking to this particular surface, I am satisfied with the product for other uses.
I love the lettering, it came out great, it was easy to apply, and its inexpensive. My only criticism is that I wish there were a way to order by letter size instead of overall height. Other than that, I have no complaints, and I plan to order from you again soon. More ambulances need lettering. I will send you photos in the next week or so, once I have time to take/upload them.
