What a great site. Customer service was awesome and I will definitely be contacting Brad to do future work I didn't send a picture because it has my address on it? Any suggestions?
Talked personally with owner who was very proactive and easy to talk with. Brad appeared he was interested in our project providing Fantastic Follow thru when we made a crucial mistake.

All good, except I had 3 words in a column, and the middle word wasn't centered correctly. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that until it was already down.

Your design functions were very easy to use. It was fun to explore the lettering options, even for my very simple job.

Two things were wrong on my orders. One was an incorrect width of border to go with previous order, I ordered two wing "Fire" but got one. When I instructed to send them "overnight" that is not 3 day mail.

We were worried about centering and keeping the letters level but with the help of a quilting ruler, it was easy. The end product looked so professional. We had a question when we were placing the order, so we called and got our answer immediately. Thanks for your help and your great product.
