Brad went above and beyond to help us. The service was excellent, Brad was patient and offered expert advice. Shipping was prompt and well packaged. The product was excellent and we think the result is fabulous. We are extremely satisfied customers.
I highly recommend you stop using UPS as your shipping partner. We ordered three separate times and quite frankly its a miracle that the contents weren't damaged beyond use. All 3 times the packages were severly damaged with the last shipment being the worst. The packaged arrived torn with a hole literally through the package. Again, its was a mircale the contents weren't significantly affected.
Great quality. Site made it very easy to design. Large selection of fonts made it easy to match the lettering I was looking for. I've already recommended to several friends for their bikes as well.

Every was great except the bottom of the letter J in my name was cut off. I fixed it by cutting down one of the letter centers. I would have called and sent it back but I had already removed the old lettering and I did not want to wait for a resolution.
Excellent product and client service. I had some difficulty with a 10 ft section. The company was terrific in replacing the section that I was unable to apply correctly. I would recommend to anyone.
My first order had a problem with the letters sticking to the backing. I called and talked to Roy. He told me that this was a production problem and that he would see to it that it was redone and shipped out immediately. That was on a Friday and my new lettering was at the post office on Monday morning. Now, that is what I call great customer service! The new lettering went on without a hitch. I definitely will use your company for future projects!

Logos look terrific and the price was just right! I went to a franchise sign place and the quote was not in my budget, but Do It Yourself Lettering was! Love the font choices and adding the lettering and Logos were easy enough this 50 something woman could do!
