Unfortunately, I got etching cream where I didn't plan on it and ruined my project. No fault of DIY Lettering, just my oversight. I will be reordering the vinyl cut out again from DIY Lettering to redo the project. The cut out was perfect with the adhesive backing and was just what I was searching for to complete this project! I will definitely be ordering again! Superb customer service! I forget the gentleman's name who helped me, but he was the best!
I ordered 2 x . The first packages was a bit crushed (triangular box). The second order was in a tube and was in perfect condition.

I was excited that I had so many choices (font, color, size, style, etc.) when ordering the letters. But I admit, I was intimidated about applying the letters--large letters over a pretty large space, and I knew I'd have to do it myself. I am so pleased to tell you it was easier than I thought possible! Thanks for your great instructions and product. Everyone who sees the banner is asking me where I got it and how I put it up. You will be getting more business from me and my colleagues in the future!
The products I ordered arrived quickly and I was able to apply the numbering easily. I espcially appreciated the precision in cutting around the layout. This made measuring and applying the numbers uniformly on the boards quite simple. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to do a lettering project on their own. How these will hold up in the hot sun and for how many years remains to be seen, but I am hoping for at least 7-10 years.
I love the decals! They added fun to my summer bike rides and Time Trial races. I will surely order more in the future.

After checking out at least 20 other sites, I chose DIY Lettering because of the excellent programming on the site and the ability to see exactly what the lettering will look like. The shipping was incredibly fast. The packaging was excellent and the product was of the highest quality. I would definitely recommend DIY to anyone needed excellent vinyl lettering.

Do not understand why but received my order as oredered originally and it worked out great. About a week latter received another order where the style of the letters were different. I was charged for both orders. I do not understand why this happened. Given the small nature of the order I just let it go.
