My wife installed all the vinyl we ordered without any problems. She does needlepoint, and has the patience of a saint, so she seemed etter suited for the task than I, but about anybody could install lettering themselves.

My customer brought me a Sullivan industrial air compressor with rusted out fenders/tool boxes and side covers. After fabbing up and installing the new boxes and covers I painted the whole machine and used DIY lettering to "re letter" it. I think it came out nice and, more importantly, the customer loved it. I was a little worried about the ability to place these letters on a vinyl bag because I couldn't find an example of that on your website...BUT...the product came quickly and the application to the vinyl bags was very easy. My Granddaughter is turning 11 on 11-11-11. This combination of numbers is only possible if a child is born in the first year of a new century and on the same day (11) as the month (11). I wanted to capture that in someway. I created this special wish with your lettering on a 14x18 canvas, and went from there.

The color I initially ordered was too light. They replaced the lettering with a darker color free of charge. Very very pleased with the product and the service. Highly recommend!

I had a hard time with sizing on the web page. I contacted a service rep to help me. I thought the rep and I understopod the sizing of the letters I needed. Apparently NOT! I am sorry to say I received all the letters the same size! NOT WHAT I WAS ORDERING!!!!!
