Great product! Exactly as ordered. Fast shipping! Great service.

Overall, very easy to use. I did have issues with one word on one side of the trailer, have asked to have that word (Band) sent again to reapply it. I requested that through the sales email that I did when I received the email saying the order was received. If that was the wrong place to send the request just let me know.

Because I was anxious to finish and use my new motorcycle helmet, I was tracking my order every day. My local mail delivery person ended up losing my order. After wasting my time, trying to talk with someone at my local post office, I called customer service. I explained my situation and your representative immediately reordered the lettering and advised me that he would have it shipped as soon as possible. My order arrived sooner than expected because your representative had it shipped faster than my original order! Your customer service is more than Excellent! Thank you for your assistance.

Packaging and shipping costs were high.

I ordered our lettering after receiving an estimate from a local sign company and thinking that I could do much better for much less. I googled DIY Lettering, and this company was the first thing that popped up! It was so much fun to try out all of the different fonts to figure out how we wanted to brand our business, and the prices were amazing. I love Do It Yourself Lettering!!

I did not understand how to specify the curvature and ended up with too little arc. You could improve the site by describing how to specify the arc for curved text more precisely.

Product was perfect for my needs and easy to install.

Great product. Had a 30 some year old mail box at my house when I moved in. Decided it was time for a new post, added a new box & couldn't even think of putting the cheap individual letter on it. All my neighbors love it! Even the mailperson said she likes it! Great product. Adds curb appeal to my house!
