I wish I had known I could call and get different size characters on the same piece. I would have preferred the # be smaller. As is, it seems to confuse people. Instead of interpreting it as 12 lb, they think it is #12. The 10# it replaced didn't cause this confusion and had a smaller #.
My initial order was lost in transit. One email, and all was corrected. Fantastic service. I'm submitting another order later today.

ONCE WE GOT THE HANG OF IT, THE PROCESS WENT SMOOTHLY. HAD TO REORDER SOME LETTERS BUT NOT BECAUSE OF ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE ORDER. JUST BAD INSTALLATION, LOL.

We were very nervous about doing this knowing we only had one shot to get it right. As two PTA moms were not very experienced with vinyl lettering. However we followed the instructions, the hinge method, and it was so easy and it looks so great! I cannot say enough how wonderful it is! Huge thank you!

I was impressed with the service I received. At first, I was hesitant about sending in an order to a company I located on the web. But the signs arrived quickly. I messed up one line, and was sent a replacement at no extra charge. It's rare that companies do that anymore.

Numbers are great. I messed up one side as you can see in one of the pictures. I have some bubbles and I didnt get it level. The othe helmet looks great. There was mention in the shipping papers of a replacement if I had issues.?
